Cliftons Management is the 'in house' letting arm of a group of residential Property Investment Companies who have been established for almost 30 years.  We let and manage properties exclusively for these Companies.    

Cliftons Management has been established since 1975 and is a totally independent, owner operated Company.  We are one of the most experienced, dedicated and respected Letting Companies in the North West London area.

We always have studios and flats available to rent as we manage approximately 250 quality properties principally in the North and North West London area.

• Our success is due to the simple formula that, as we are not motivated by earning commission, we are able to give all our tenants individual personal attention, thus ensuring a successful landlord/tenant relationship.

• We do not charge fees to tenants for preparing their Tenancy Agreement/Contract - unlike most Letting Agents.

• Rents are generally kept lower - as unlike most Agents - we do not operate on a commission basis.

• As a matter of policy we do not accept DSS ( nor do we let or manage properties on behalf of other Landlords).

• We regularly attend 'Landlord & Tenant' courses in order to keep abreast of current legislation.

• We provide an efficient "after letting" maintenance service.

• The majority of our central heating systems are covered by British Gas which operates a 24 hour call out
